Welcome to Dog On Cute Pet Grooming! Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience for every pet. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Health & Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all pets and staff:

• Pets must be free of contagious illnesses, parasites, and fleas.
• Puppies and kittens must be age-appropriate on vaccinations as recommended by their veterinarian.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears ill or poses a health or safety risk.

Decorative Accessories Disclaimer

At Dog On Cute Pet Grooming, we love sending pets home looking their best! As a complimentary finishing touch, we may provide decorative accessories such as bows, bow ties, bandanas, ribbons, flowers, holiday-themed items, or other seasonal accessories based on availability.

These accessories are intended for decorative purposes only and are not toys.

For your pet’s safety:

• Decorative accessories should always be worn under adult supervision.
• Remove accessories immediately if they become loose, damaged, or if your pet attempts to chew or remove them.
• Accessories should be removed before crating, sleeping, rough play, or leaving your pet unattended.
• Some pets may chew, ingest, or become entangled in decorative items, which could present a choking or intestinal obstruction hazard.

Dog On Cute Pet Grooming is not responsible for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or expenses resulting from the use, misuse, removal, chewing, ingestion, or continued wear of decorative accessories after your pet leaves our care.

For the safety and comfort of every pet, we reserve the right to withhold decorative accessories if we believe they are not appropriate due to your pet’s age, size, coat type, behavior, medical condition, or grooming style.

By accepting your pet’s completed grooming service, you acknowledge that decorative accessories are optional, complimentary, and used at your own discretion and risk.

Pet Behavior & Safety

Your pet’s safety is our highest priority.

While we use safe and gentle handling techniques, grooming can be stressful for some pets. If your pet becomes aggressive, excessively anxious, or unsafe to groom, we may:

• Stop the grooming service at any time.
• Modify the requested haircut for safety.
• Recommend grooming be completed under veterinary supervision if necessary.

Owners remain responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet.

Senior Pets & Pets with Medical Conditions

We are happy to groom senior pets and pets with medical conditions whenever it is safe to do so.

Because older pets or those with underlying health concerns may have a higher risk of stress-related complications during grooming, owners acknowledge these risks and authorize Dog On Cute to provide services at their discretion.

Matted Coat Policy

Severely matted coats can hide skin conditions and may require a very short haircut for your pet’s comfort and safety.

Removing mats may reveal:

• Skin irritation
• Redness
• Hot spots
• Bruising
• Cuts or abrasions
• Lumps or growths
• Parasites

Dog On Cute is not responsible for conditions discovered or revealed after mat removal.

Additional charges may apply for excessive matting.

Grooming Results

Every pet’s coat, temperament, and condition are unique.

While we strive to achieve your requested style, final grooming results may vary based on:

• Coat condition
• Matting
• Coat type
• Pet behavior
• Health and skin condition
• Time since the last grooming

Medical Emergencies

If your pet experiences a medical emergency during grooming, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately.

If you cannot be reached, you authorize Dog On Cute Pet Grooming to seek veterinary care on your behalf.

The owner is responsible for veterinary expenses unless otherwise required by law.

Fleas & Parasites

If fleas or other external parasites are discovered during grooming:

• We may recommend treatment before future appointments.
• Additional cleaning or sanitation fees may apply if necessary.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for your pet.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit before scheduling future appointments.

Late Arrival & Pickup

Late arrivals may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment.

After your pet is ready for pickup, we ask that pets be picked up promptly. Extended stays may result in additional fees.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are completed.

Prices listed online or quoted by phone are starting prices and may vary based on:

• Breed
• Size
• Coat length
• Coat condition
• Matting
• Behavior
• Time required
• Additional services requested

Photos & Social Media

We love celebrating our furry clients!

Unless you request otherwise, you grant Dog On Cute permission to photograph or video your pet for use on our website, social media pages, and promotional materials.

No personal owner information will be shared without permission.

Satisfaction Policy

If you have a concern regarding your pet’s groom, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will gladly review the concern and, when appropriate, schedule reasonable adjustments.

Right to Refuse Service

Dog On Cute Pet Grooming reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for the safety of the pet, staff, or other clients.
