Dog On Cute agrees to provide grooming services as discussed and agreed upon for each appointment. Services may include (but are not limited to) bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, trimming, nail care, and ear cleaning.

• Provide accurate information regarding your dog’s health, temperament, and grooming history.
• Ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies. Proof may be required.
• Notify Dog On Cute if your dog has any skin conditions, allergies, or medical issues.
• Arrive on time for appointments or provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Dog On Cute prioritizes your pet’s comfort and safety. If a dog becomes too stressed or aggressive, services may be modified or stopped.
• Muzzling may be used only when absolutely necessary for safety.
• Senior pets or those with health conditions will be groomed at their own risk, and grooming may be adjusted for their comfort.

• Dematting can be painful and stressful for pets. If the coat is severely matted, Dog On Cute may recommend shaving instead of brushing out mats.
• The client understands there is an increased risk of skin irritation or nicks during dematting/shaving.

• If fleas are found, a flea bath will be performed at the client’s expense.
• Dogs with severe infestations may be refused service until treated.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Dog On Cute is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, underlying health issues, or injuries that occur due to matted hair, poor coat condition, or the pet’s behavior.
• By signing below, the client releases Dog On Cute from liability for injury, illness, or death of their pet during grooming, except in cases of proven negligence.
